Hi there,

Thanks for posting. Your GMAT is strong for sure, and you have a lot of varied experiences to draw from and to share in your application certainly; the start-up experience could be a plus depending upon what you've accomplished, learned from it, etc. The recognition and promotion on the job are also strengths.

That said, you ARE part of a large and competitive applicant pool (Indian IT applicants), and your grades are lower than average, and you'll have fewer than average years of full time work experience. You'll need to work hard to really stand out from the crowded applicant group and show that you have more than just technical skills, and that you are ready for the MBA and have a solid plan for next career steps etc.

I think your school list is quite ambitious.... Stanford, along with likely Columbia, Stern, INSEAD... will be reaches.... you can still apply but maybe you want to aim for applying to 1-2 of those, and focus a bit more on schools outside top 10-ish in terms of ranking. And for an option that would be closer to 'safety' and still great for IT and supply chain etc, could look at options like Tepper and Kelley etc. It all depends upon how determined you are to definitely go to b-school (i.e. if the top tier choices didn't pan out for some reason).

Good luck on the process!
