Alex,

I graduated from Florida State with a 2.9GPA and scored a 670 on my GMAT. I am currently working for a boutique IB firm and will have 2 years of work experience by the time I plan to be entering B School (Fall 2009). I am wondering what my chances are at Texas, UNC, Georgetown, Southern Cal, and Virginia (stretch). Thanks for you help.

Those schools you mentioned should be in range for you -- you may have less experience than these schools are comfortable with, but it's good experience nonetheless that adcoms may overlook that you have less experience so long as you're able to position yourself well in the applications. Go for it.
