Hi!

Thanks for sharing your profile. Strengths: it looks like you've got strong academic scores (though GMAT is slightly low), were quite active in college, have actively volunteered since college as a tutor/board member, and have a very strong analytic capability. My greatest concerns are as follows:

*Leadership/Teamwork - it seems to me that you haven't had great opportunities to lead or work in teams at work. This would be a great weakness.

*Post-college extracurricular/community - again, seems like while you might actively tutor, you are not actively leading or working in teams on these community endeavors.

*GMAT - overall score is somewhat low, as is verbal. Luckily, quant is weighed more heavily.

Looking at your list, I would say Haas is somewhat unrealistic. The others I might consider mostly reach schools (definitely possible, but not a very strong chance). I'd suggest adding some slightly less competitive schools to the mix that have a median or average GMAT score that matches yours.

Hope that helps!
Mili

Thank you for your evaluation Milli, I was starting to think that nobody would offer feedback.

So my weakness are: Leadership, post-college extracurricular / community, GMAT

Would my chances increase significantly or marginally if I...

-retake my GMAT aiming for a 700+
-apply next year (1 more year of experience) and add post college extracurricular

Thanks again.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay on my end and thank you for your patience. I think it certainly could help your chances if you retook the GMAT and scored 700+, and if you took on more active leadership roles between now and the time of application (professional, extracurricular and community). It's about quality, not quantity, so be sure to focus in on leadership opportunities that you are excited about and where you can have significant impact.

Good luck,
Mili
