Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your profile. Your GMAT stats are strong...good balanced score. Working for a big name like JP Morgan is great too. Less than 3 years is a little low -- have you had much leadership experience? Managed projects? Any significant awards / accomplishments? Things like that will be important to highlight. Your extracurriculars seem a little light - mostly in college or work-related - but there's not much you can do about that now! I think you've got a good range of schools and should have good chances at many of them. It's smart to have a range though because some of the top ones, like Fuqua, I think will be quite tough.
Good luck, and keep us posted if we can help!

Thanks ! As per leadership goes-
I was promoted to the lead of module this January and I have handled a successful enterprise wide release. The team also got awarded because of this and I have received client appreciation.
I am the work lead for one resource in my team.

That's great! Definitely make sure that leadership experience is highlighted on your resume, and perhaps as part of your essays too. Good luck!
