Dear Counselor,

I am currently working with TCS - Delhi NCR. I need your help in evaluating my profile. I am currently looking for admission in ISB 2013-2014 batch. Please find the required details below:

1. GMAT Score: 710 (Q 50 / V 35) (Total 92%)
2. Qualification: Engineering in Computer Science from State Level Govt. Engg. College (Bhopal M.P.)
3. Work Ex: 4.4 Years (On 31st March 2013)
4. Profile: Software Engg. Working with TCS.
5. Age / Gender : 26 / Male.

6. Extra Curricular Activities / Achievements:

Corporate Level Achievements and Activities:

1. Author of the book "Oracle's Siebel CRM 8.1 Navigation and Configuration", which is published by Tata McGraw Hill publications in India.
2. Along with my main role of a Developer, I am also handling the role of Knowledge Officer in the current project for the team size of almost 100. With this role, my responsibilities include encouraging the team to do trainings, certifications, attend online sessions and webinars, publish white papers and other assets.
3. My business idea to Tata group reached semi finals of Tata Business Leadership Awards, 2009.
4. I have proposed several other business ideas in Tata Innovista, a competition similar to Tata Business Leadership Awards. None of the ideas was selected in the semi final round.
5. I got "Best Performer in the Project" award in 2011, the same time when I was writing my book.
6. I was the second runner up in in TCP Maestro, a white paper contest held by TCS in collaboration with Microsoft, and various employees from TCS across the globe took part in the competition.
7. I play guitar, and I was the part of TCS Maitree Music band in 2009 and 2010. Currently, I, along with my team, am in the process of forming a new band in TCS Delhi.
8. I was a part of Chennai Trekking Club in the year 2011. I have done a couple of tracks with them. I had to leave the club as I got transferred to Delhi.
9. I have cleared Sun Certified Java Programmer Certification.
10. Active participant of sports activities which include Chess and Table Tennis.

College Level Achievements and Activities:

1. Guest Editor in The Times of India for one week. During this week, I have written a mini editorial article of 250 words for "The Times Of India" which was published in "Bhopal Times" page.
2. A couple of small articles written by me were published in "The Times Of India" Bhopal page.
2. Winner of the skit competition.
3. Winner of the Ad Mad show (a competition where we have to randomly form a humorous advertisement and present in on stage).
4. Organized a 5 days campus recruitment workshop along with other colleagues for juniors in final year.
5. Member of various committees responsible for organizing Samrat Utsav, my college's cultural fest, and Technovision, the technical fest.
6. Active participant of Chess and Table Tennis.

School Level Achievements and Activities:

1. Represented my district "Vidisha" in Division level Badminton Competition.
2. School topper in Class X.
3. Got third prize at "Tehsil level" in Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha, organized by "Akhil Bhartiya Gayatri Parivar".
4. Got First prize in school in the same compeition mentioned above.
5. Got third prize in "Essay Writing" at school level.
6. Got 3rd Position in 5th and 2nd position in 6th class across all the 6 sections of school.

My first preference is ISB. After that, I am planning for NUS, Dartmouth tuck and Cornell. Please evaluate my profile and let me know my chances of getting into these B Schools.
