So far based on the info you provided, your GMAT score and academics would give you a good chance at SMU, and a possible chance at McCombs. Because you have indicated that you can handle the coursework through your GMAT and past academic experience, and you have some work experience to lean on as well, it means that the admissions committee would then focus on the rest of your application and your story-- i.e. who are you, what will you bring to the class, what makes you unique; why do you want an MBA, what will you do with it long term, why do you want to go to our school?? For the most part the decisions will be made based on your ability to answer those questions!
