Thanks for writing in. In regards to your questions.
1) Your GMAT is still within range at the top-10 but could be a point of weakness on your application. You don't have to rule anything out, but just recognize this could be a cause for concern and point out where your other strengths are to try and overcome this.
2) Schools traditionally only look at your highest GMAT score, so this should not be an area for concern.
3) You should definitely include both your entrepreneurial experience as well as overseas work. Both of these aspects can be differentiating points to help separate you from the applicant pool.
