Thanks for posting, sounds like you are looking for some early info, ;), always good to think ahead!
While your profile may be built-out further after another year or two of experiences as you described, it sounds like you are well-positioned for a chance at top programs such as the ones you mentioned if you put together a strong application, and aim within your essays to show who you are, what you will bring to the class, why you want an MBA, what your career goals are, and why you are interested in xyz program.
Your academics and UVa degree are strong, GMAT is around average or just below at the programs you mentioned, strong work experience and if you do work abroad that will really give you an advantage and some great experiences to bring to both the application and to your b-school class.
Other than that, I encourage you to really research the different programs over the coming year or two, to learn more about their differences and get a feel for what seems like the best 'fit' for you and your goals.
