Hi Anthony, thanks for reaching out!

Your academic stats (GPA / GMAT) are great, and put you in a strong position for top schools.

Your work experience sounds strong too, especially the exposure to different functions and accelerated ownership of a large client account. Have you been promoted? Or are there other ways you can show strong leadership and above-average performance? That will be important. I'm interested to know more about the start-up you founded too -- how successful is it (e.g., # of employees / customers, funds raised, profit (if any), etc.)? Those types of measures would be great to show your success as a leader, beyond the positive of taking the initiative to start a new venture. And does this fit in with your post-MBA goals? You don't mention anything about your reasons for wanting an MBA at this point, so that's definitely something you'll need to be thinking about.

Lastly, you don't say anything about current activities outside of work / community service / personal interests, etc. I'm guessing not much between the full-time job and startup? That area could be a slight weakness, but luckily you can highlight college involvement to help offset that concern.

So overall I think you have a competitive profile but you are looking at some very tough schools, especially Harvard / Stanford. I feel better about your chances at the other two.

Good luck, and keep us posted if we can help with anything else!
Kate
