Hello,

Thanks for sharing your profile. Let's break it down:

Academics: Your GMAT is much improved over your previous scores - congratulations! It's still not quite past the 700 mark, but it's a decent score. Your undergrad scores are high, so that is good.

Professional: Unfortunately, you come from the Indian Male IT demographic. That said, you seem to have more a business-oriented and mgmt role within IT, so that is good. I would very much focus on your leadership and business experience in your application. I think you're more advanced professionally than many of your peers who are appearing with only a few years experience, so this could be an advantage.

Community: It seems like you are active in the community, though perhaps not in a leadership capacity. Still, consistent involvement is a plus.

Extracurriculars: You were more active in college, it seems, but the racing is more recent and is good. Nothing stellar here, but still not bad.

Overall, I'd say your profile is a bit above the average Indian Male IT applicant, especially because of your management experience.

Best of luck,
Mili

Hi Mili,

Thanks very much for your detailed analysis. Really helpful and encouraging.

I am targeting Insead, Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, IE, ESMT and HEC Paris. I am not looking for US programs since most of them are 2 years. Will update the forum on the progress with applications.

Thanks to you and your team:)

Regards
Jerry
