Hi,

Thank you for providing such detailed profile information! Based upon the information you provided, you are part of a large cohort of applicants to ISB (Indian nationality, engineer with IT experience and similar age range), but there are no major weaknesses as of yet in your profile... you'll want to play up people management skills and experience (for example training staff that you mentioned) and communication skills, simply because your technical and quantitative skills are so well evidenced in your other experiences, but otherwise the deciding factors will be those that you have not created yet-- your GMAT score and your application essays! And interview if you get to that phase.

Along with a strong GMAT, you need a strong explanation of WHY you want the MBA and what your career goals are, so be sure to spend time solidifying that and working on those essays.
