Hi there!

Great profile - thanks for sharing! Your GMAT score should help balance your average GPA and your work experience sounds really great. Lots of leadership, consistent promotion and leading the development of the business in a new emerging market. I think you'll have great stories to draw from. Further, your community activities sound quite robust, and you've got some extracurricular activities to talk about.

I think you'd be competitive at a top 5 university, but I would also warn that Harvard and Stanford may be reach schools (as they are for most applicants!). They tend to look for candidates who are opportunity creators, and while I think your performance in everything you've done has been quite strong, I'm not seeing that entrepreneurial quality that they sometimes favor. Of course that is a blanket generalization, so do take it with a grain of salt. I think you could definitely submit an application to either school and be considered.

All that said, while it's great to aim for a top 5 university when you have a profile like yours, it would also be wise to consider some safer programs just in case things don't work out as you'd hoped. You might consider Michigan, Tuck, Duke, Darden and schools in that range as potential additional options for your list.

Best of luck,
Mili
