Undergrad Btech India from very good regional university(EEE) , 76 %, Topper of the class,received merit scholarship,awards from Vice Chancelleor of University.

During Undergrad developed Linux related application for state goverment and received recognition,excellence certificate from Chief Minister of state.

Work Experience :
Leading 20 member team,coached around 50 members,responsible for $20 million project deliverables,RFPs,2 best Employee awards.Published 10 white papers,articles in SAP for business processes.

Extra curricular :
Was captain of college cricket team.Acted,directed many college stage plays.Part time NGO to educate rural poor childern.

Target Colleges:
Cornell,UCLA,DUKE

Post MBA goal management consulting .

Hello,

I think you've chosen programs that are right within your target range - well done! Your academics are pretty strong - wish the GMAT was over the 700 hump, but it's a decent score, and you broke the 80th percentile mark on each section, so that's great. Your professional experience is pretty strong, despite being within the IT realm - you've demonstrated lots of leadership and that should go a long way. You NGO work sounds current, which is great, and it seems like you were active in college. The programs you've selected are great fits with your profile.

I'd say that schools like Michigan and Tuck would be stretch. I would also advise you to add a safety school to your list - maybe Tepper, Fisher or something like that.
