Hi there,
Thanks for submitting your profile! As you know, your GPA is pretty low. It could be possible to overcome it, but I'm concerned that your GMAT quant score is also somewhat low. Any chance of retaking the exam and bringing up the quant? Either way, definitely address the undergrad GPA in an optional statement. You might also consider enrolling in supplementary quant courses (accounting, stats, finance) to show you are capable in this arena. I think your professional experience is strong (assuming you've been a 'rising star' at your company), but I don't see much in the way of extracurriculars/community service after college (probably due to the nature of your job). I'd say overall, the challenge you're going to face is differentiating yourself from the other candidates. Right now, your profile is somewhat 'plain vanilla' (I really don't mean that negatively!!), and it's got that low GPA/quant score to boot. I think you've got to find a powerful story (think through your personal life experiences) to have a shot at a top 15 program. It's a wild card with the GPA, so I would say you should choose a wide range of programs to apply to and see what happens.
Stretch - Kellogg/Berkeley
Target - Duke/Darden/NYU/Michigan
Safer - Tepper/UNC/UT Austin
Hope this helps - good luck!
