Thanks for your post. Well I can't say that you WOULDN'T have a chance at INSEAD in that your GMAT score doesn't rule you out of chances of admission there and you have some solid quantity of work experience... but without knowing more about you it's hard to really assess your chances of getting IN either. Remember that MBA admissions is not just based on test scores and years of work experience, but on a holistic view of you the applicant-- what past experiences have you had and what will you contribute to the class, why do you want the MBA, what will you use it for in relation to your future goals.
There is a large number of Indian engineering applicants, so keep in mind you would want to do everything you could to stand out from that group and differentiate yourself.
INSEAD will also appreciate international experiences you can attest to, and any school will be looking for leadership, experiences, scenarios where you made an impact, etc.
