Hi
I am an Indian and I am looking for an application in round 2 for the admissions of fall 2015. I am willing to pursue the Full Time 2 year MBA program. I am looking forward to McCombs (Austin), Kellog (Northwestern), Mays (Texas A&M) and Stern (NYU).
I have taken the GMAT exam once on September 3, 2014. Below is my score breakdown:-
Quant- 44
Verbal- 25
AWA- 6
IR- 4
TOTAL 570
Below is a short overview on my profile:-
Age- 22
Education- Bachelor in Financial Markets; Master in Commerce
Experience- 5 months Senior Customer Relationship Executive at a private investment firm; Associate Reconciliation Analyst at Oracle India Pvt Ltd (September 2013-Present)
Co-curricular- Community Worker as a Scout since 2002; Member of AKDN's health segment at the community level since 2010
TOEFL- 98
I hope to work until July 2015 which would make my total experience upto 28 months before I start the academic year.
Although I realize that 570 is a very low score to get into any of the colleges I have mentioned and also that I will have to take the exam again, I just want to ask if my profile would still be considered by any colleges mentioned above. I have read in many forums that GMAT is certainly important but not everything and I am hoping that my current profile matches to the requirements. Also I am riding on the back of a strong 6 in AWA.
Kindly advice
Thanks
