I just gave my GMAT
Q 49 V 33 Score 670
I have 3 1/2 years of Experience working as an engineer in start up company in America. (I am an international citizen though) Is the score good enough to apply to top 10 schools ?

Your score cannot be judged in a vacuum. A 670 falls within the middle 80% range for the top-10 schools and thus many 670s will be accepted. But then, the question becomes, who are you as a candidate? With a 670, you will need to overwhelm the AdCom with the rest of your candidacy. What is your broader story? Where are you from? What has been your career progress? Where do you volunteer? Etc.
