Profile Review - GMAT 640 - Hotel Management Graduate

Hi,

I am planning to go apply to colleges asap. Please review my profile.

10th: 82% -
12th: 80%
Bachelors: 70% - Bachelors in Hotel Management - Bangalore University
GMAT Score: 640 (Q47, V31)

Work Exp: 5 years and 3 months
July 2007 - June 08 - Marketing Management Trainee, ITC Hotels
July 2008 - June 09 - Asst. Manager Sales (Grade 11), ITC Hotels
July 2009 - June 11 - Asst. Manager Sales (Grade 12), ITC Hotels
July 2011 - Oct 11 - Asst. Sales Manager (Grade 13), ITC Hotels
Nov 2011 - till date - Major Accounts Manager - Major Accounts Asia Pacific Micros Fidelio
Interested in: Marketing/General management/leadership
I understand that my GMAT score is weak but I do not want to give it again as I am not confident about getting a higher score.
I am looking at the following colleges -
1. ISB, India
2. NUS, Singapore
3. NTU, Singapore
4. Peking University, China
5. Rotterdam, Netherlands
6. SMU, Singapore (is this really good?)
7.
Please give your suggestions. Also do let me know universities in APAC/Europe region that may I may be suitable for.

Hi Saurabh,

You've had an interesting career path - hotel management and hospitality is a somewhat unique/different background, especially for an Indian male applicant. But, as you know, your GMAT score is quite low. I think ISB is going to be a stretch and that your efforts are better spent on the other programs on your list.
