I just encountered this problem in GMAT Prep Exam Pack 1.

Can anyone elaborate why C and D is wrong?

The Exam Packs are paid products. Only the free GMAT Prep software problems are allowed on this forum, per express request of GMAC. (The paid products are banned for the same reason as the OG problems.)
