Hello MGMAT Instructors!
I have already done a little bit of homework myself and understood these two are reciprocal pronouns. “Each other” is used when refer to two people and “one another” is used when refer to more than two people. I am specifically confused with the “one another” and would like to present my question using a simple example first and followed by an altered version of a SC question from the GMAT prep.
Simple example: The kids don’t like one another.
This is a really simple sentence, but I actually have trouble fully understand the meaning behind and would like to seek for your explanation. If there are 3 kids (A, B, and C), does this sentence mean A doesn’t like B and vice versa + A doesn’t like C and vice versa + B doesn’t like C and vice versa?
