Hi Julie,

Thanks for posting. Overall you have a decent profile even for top schools, and they are always looking for qualified female applicants ;). The 710 puts you in the running for sure; I wouldn't say a re-take is needed unless you really feel you could bump it up a fair amount without spending a huge amount of time (time you could otherwise be spending on knocking those essays out of the park). HBS and Wharton, of your schools list, would be the most challenging, and none of those are easy to get into, but with strong essays detailing what you'll bring to the program and why that school is best for you, and why you need the MBA for your future goals, etc, you should have a shot.
