rnp and unranked means??

could someone please tell me why do some schools fall in RNP category(rank not published) and unranked category on website of us news

Generally US News publishes a ranking of the top 100 or so business schools. Rank not published means it is not listed among those. Unranked usually means the school did not provide enough info for US News to rank it etc. Generally all top programs, reputable b-schools etc make sure to provide that info so as to be ranked. ;)
