Thanks for self-policing! Yes, we had to delete the original post (where was that question from, by the way?), as you say it is from a banned source.
As for the issue of "hopefully will prove" vs. "will hopefully prove," both are incorrect. The "brief therapy" does not prove anything "in a hopeful way." We use the word "hopefully" in speech a lot, but I would beware of it on the GMAT. "It is hoped" is better; here, the antecedent of the word "it" is actually the idea of the sentence itself. In fact, we could construct the sentence as: "It is hoped that brief therapy..."
