we're talking about major professional sports teams here.
...teams that play games in front of tens of thousands of spectators.

not going to happen on the roof of a building.

Hi Ron!!

Thanks for the feedback.

I dint know that Atlanta Hawks and the Atlanta Flames are some sports teams. I thought these are some birds.
Anyhow i think i am not even supposed to know this. Somebody in America may not know who is Rajstan Royal ( a major sports team... team that play in front of tens of thousands of spectators).

One more thing, why choice 5/E is wrong?
"Roof looks like egg crate or Omni Coliseum looks like egg crate?"

well, ok, you have a point here. i'll go into the CAT software and add clarifying language (e.g., "the Atlanta Hawks basketball team"), just in case anyone else runs into this issue.
GMAC problems will not require this kind of cultural knowledge.

incidentally, we don't capitalize the names of animals (unless the animal's name contains something that is normally capitalized, e.g., "Bengal tiger").

sure.
i actually do know who they are. (i also know that rajasthan's weather in april/may is my favorite weather.)

in MOST sentences, there will be enough context to make eminently clear that we're talking about sports teams.
however, your point-- that the sentence should clarify, thereby eliminating culturally based (dis)advantages-- is completely valid.

what does the answer key say?

i don't see any problem, other than the one you've already pointed out: "...said to look like an egg crate" is describing the whole stadium, when it should describe only the roof.
i made this inference because the sentence mentions the stadium's "distinctive roof". if, indeed, the whole stadium resembles an egg crate, then mentioning its "distinctive roof"--without any indication of what makes it so distinctive-- is just weird.

the final word, though, is that this answer choice is NOT clearly wrong, since it's not completely ridiculous to think that an entire stadium could resemble an egg crate.
if the wrongness of an official incorrect answer is predicated solely on meaning, then that wrong meaning will be completely absurd, illogical, and/or self-contradictory.

^^ in other words, DO NOT let this problem give you the idea that you'll have to choose between 2 correctly written sentences that both have (at least somewhat) reasonable meanings.

again, if a meaning distinction is relevant on the official exam, it will be a very stark distinction, with only one option that actually makes sense.
