IMO : E

FIRST OF ALL : PLEASE WRITE THE QUESTION CORRECTLY.

i think they are talking about..

dolphins can be trained in the same way human can be trained.

A kind of comparison.

a. are able to be trained to communicate as human
"should be as human do [communicate]"

b. were able to be trained to communicate like human

Were : WRONG
c. can be be trained to communicate like human can
Like : WRONG : see there are two verb form here : can, can

d. could be trained to communicate as human
"Again we need "Human do or human can"

e. are capable of being trained to communicate as human do
'although being is used, but still it uses 'AS' and CORRECT Comparison."

Can someone please tell, How usage of being is correct here ?"

I think question is mistyped, I think the intent is dolphins can be trained to communicate as humans do.

I think A and E have diction issue. able / capable of being. "can" or "could" can be used instead.

B and C have "like issue". Like should be used to only compare nouns, e.g. dolphins, like human...
so IMO D is correct as an additional [do] is understood.

I think, D slightly changes the meaning:

Today morning i read one example in Manhattan SC guide:

I can jump as clown.

Means : I can jump in a clown dress.

If i want to say "I can jump in the same ways as clowns jumps"...

I can jump as clown does.

So Here D means:

whales could be trained as human.

whales could be trained in the form of human...thats not the intended meaning, I believe...So I choose E.

Infact it should be "humanS"..not human..in order to use "do". I believe that was a typo mistake.
