SC. STILL and CONTINUE cause redundancy?

by yuanyue92 Tue Aug 27, 2013 10:34 pm

I have a question about a problem in OG verbal Review. but I cannot post new topics on Official Guide board. So I come here. I am sorry...
My question is, does the combination of still and continue cause redundancy?
Some wrong choices in SC Problem 36 in OG verbal Review have both still and continue, like "it still continues elsewhere". but the explanation doesn't mention this point. Does this combination matter in GMAT SC?
Thanks! If you instructors permits, I can post the whole problem.

The concept of "still" is already contained within the idea of "continue", so, yes, technically that's redundant.

So, if you have a choice between "still continue" and "continue", you should choose the latter.

Don't do this, please.

First, it's not polite.

Second, it will delay our response.
We answer threads in strict order from oldest to newest. If you post things like this, you're making your thread into the "newest" again -- in other words, pushing it back to the end of the queue.

Thanks for your help!
Sorry for being impolite. I didn't mean that, but I did use a wrong way to ask. Thank you for telling me about the rules of posting. I will follow it.
