I brought up this one because answers are not consistent.

I rephrased the question. Can you please explain.

2. Plastic is one of the major components in municipal trash, and so municipalities are trying to reduce it.

Can you please explain why this choice is wrong. More specifically what's the problem with ...... , and so.....

I've just put two problem together to get an quick answer for the second one. Running out of time. Please reply.
