scratch paper for IR
Do I get the simulation booklet amount of scratch paper for the writing section, then do I have to use the same scratch paper for IR or am I allowed to swap it out? And then can I swap the IR scratch paper out at the break for a clean slate for math?

you can always swap out your booklet. some centers automatically give you a new one for each section..
