If you haven't already, you may want to start with the rules in our SC Strategy Guide. Many have short example sentences that would be suitable for flashcards.
You might also consider flashcards of the "what-to-look-for-when" variety. For example, when you see a split in the choices between a noun in its singular and plural forms, look for (1) the verb that goes with it or (2) a pronoun that uses the noun as an antecedent. Either would dictate the number of said noun. You can draw on OG or GMATPrep questions/explanations for inspiration.
Finally, I am going to move this thread to our General Verbal questions folder. I think that is a better place for it.
