SentenceCorrection guide 8

by QiL252 Mon Nov 17, 2014 9:27 pm

On page 181, the tenth question,

Option H, The chemical processes were complex enough for them to require additional analysis.
The Answer of H is wrong

However, on page 173, So....That
The book was short enough for me to read in one night.
This sentence is correct.

Thus, I think the option H should be correct.

Thanks

The book was short enough for me to read in one night.
This sentence is correct.

you're missing a crucial difference. "the book" and "me" are not the same.

if you're still talking about the book, then you don't put anything there.
e.g.,
the book is small enough to fit on this shelf. (it's wrong to write "the book is small enough for it to fit on this shelf".)
