Several financial officers of the company spoke on condition

by saiindukuri87 Sun Dec 19, 2010 9:04 am

Hi,
I came across this question in GMAT prep. I was confused between A,B and C.
Several financial officers of the company spoke on condition that they not be named in
the press reports.
A. that they not be named
B. that their names will not be used
C. that their names are not used
D. of not having their names
E. of not naming them

I was not sure whether we can use subjunctive mood as is used in A here. Can some one let me know how can we pick a right answer in this.
