So X that Y & Too X that Y

Dear Experts

Please advise whether Too X that Y is Idiomatic.

I understand that so X that Y is Idiomatic.

The question that led me to ask this question here is mentioned below. The source is 1000 SC. I am fine if you don't want to discuss the question or explain the answer. Just that I want to understand whether "Too X that Y" is Idiomatic.

The black hole has entered the popular imagination as an object too massive that neither light nor matter can escape its gravitational pull.
[A] too massive that neither light nor matter can escape its
[B] too massive for either allowing light or matter to escape its
[C] massive enough that either light or matter cannot escape their
[D] so massive that neither light nor matter could escape their

No, I don't think "Too X That Y" is an idiom. More on "Too" at http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/too ... ,+too+late
