Hello!
Your professional experience is quite impressive -- well done and congrats on all your venture success! I think your entrepreneurial success is going to go a LONG way in your applications. However, there are two concerns with your profile:
1) Your GMAT (as you know). I think it's worth retaking the test if you strongly believe you can improve your score. Even if you can bump into the 670+ range, it'll give you a much more realistic shot at your target programs (taking the rest of your profile into account). Seems like your quant score is high (80th percentile+) and your verbal is very low... luckily they weight quant more, but I still think it would be difficult with a 640 to get admissions in a top program. It's certainly possible with your profile, but very risky. Retake if you have it in you, otherwise apply to your target programs + a couple safeties (if safeties interest you).
2) Your lack of extracurricular/community activities (post college). They'll likely overlook this in your case given your entrepreneurial commitments, but it's something you should be aware of. Think through personal stories that show your non-business side/personality/character.
Hope this helps,
Mili
