Thank you note after getting accepted into program

I would like to know if it is appropriate to send a thank-you note to individual members of the Adcom at a particular school after getting an admission offer and accepting it. Basically the thank you note would just express gratitude for the help from the adcom during the application process.

Is this appropriate or not really necessary.
Would love to hear from MBA Mission experts.

Congratulations first of all! And I wouldn't see why not; certainly sounds like a nice gesture! If you have the contact info of specific adcom reps that you were in touch with, a short/concise note of thanks sounds good and I'm sure they'll appreciate it and look forward to seeing you in the fall!
