Congrats on getting that first interview under your belt. Do you mind my asking what school it is that asked you back for a 2nd interview? Did they say anything else re: the interview request?
Generally at this point you should look at it as a positive-- because it means you are still in the running! And you still have the chance to persuade the admissions committee that you are right for their program, and that their program is right for you.

http://www.mbamission.com/resources-man ... erview.php), and in advance of the 2nd interview, review your application and essays, and any notes you made after the 1st interview, being sure you are prepared to talk through your goals and past experiences, and to answer any questions that might come up based on potential weaknesses in your application. If you haven't done so yet, a mock interview can help a lot, whether it be with an admissions consultant, or a friend/colleague who can talk through potential questions with you.
