Types of Nouns

by euonuoha Sun Apr 15, 2012 2:16 pm

My instructor in one of our classes went over the different types of nouns and I just want to know what section they would fall under in terms of the verbal section and identifying what to look for.

So nouns can be:

1) Tangible
2) Intangible
3) Action

Does this have to with the modifiers section of Sentence Correction? I remember that there was specific cases that we can use one versus the other but I couldn't recall the exact details.

this shouldn't have anything to do with modifiers, because nouns are NOT modifiers. beyond that, i'm not sure what you're asking. can you explain further?
