uh oh?

I took gmat & during my 2nd essay clicked to submit. But time ran out before I could click to "confirm answer".
Will my essay be scored? or counted as no response?

Your essay should be scored. I know for sure that if you have put an answer in on the multiple choice portion of the test and the time runs out before you click submit or confirm, that answer will count. I assume the same is true for the essays. I've actually already emailed my contact at GMAC to confirm this but I haven't heard back from her yet. I'll let you know! (And if you get your results before I hear from her and you can tell that it was scored - ie, you don't get an absolutely terrible score - then please come back and let the rest of us know.)

Thanks for your reply, I could at least sleep a little over the weekend!
This morning my official score came - 5.5 on the AWA section. It looks like both essays were scored, even though I ran out of time before clicking "confirm".

Excellent - thanks for letting us know! Yep, there's no way you could've gotten a 5.5 if they hadn't scored one of your essays. (And nice job, by the way!)
