Unable to login with teh access code

Hey there,
I purchesd a manhattan SC last year and used it throughout the year. Sincei had to continue my preparation for 1 more year and my previous account had expired, i purchased a manhattan CR yesterday and tried login in as per instructions given in teh book but was not successful. I tried login in from my earlier account & created a new as well with a diffrent email id but both the times i was unsuccessful. I could not find an option at the student center asking for the access code. Please help & give clear directions as to how can i activate my account.

Never post your email address on line! There are software programs that are designed just to go find email addresses (they look for the @ symbol) and then they add your email to spam lists!

Also, if you ever have any tech problems, don't come to the forums. As you've noticed, it can take a while to get an answer. Plus, we're all teachers; we don't know anything about the tech stuff!
