This is an OG problem
one of the options is "exhibit, and it will acitvate"

I thought this was correct , but this is an incorrect option.

it can refer to the online software version?, why is it stated that there is no antecdent for it?

The OG says there is no antecedent for "which" because the only thing the "which" can logically refer to is the act of touching, which cannot work because it is not a noun..
