Hey,

I've seen that question on a GMAT prep test.

I am confused as well on why it's A not C.

to be honest i couldn't figure out a grammatical rule for this question, first of all i eliminated answer choices with ''orders'' for it make more sense to have order in singular.

then i eliminated answers with ''all'' because we are comparing a construction type to another so it made more sense to use ''each''.
