Weird CR prompt

by Catty2004 Mon May 21, 2012 11:17 pm

Hi,

I find that some of the prompts in CR are not one of the typical categories (draw conclusion, strengthen/weaken, find assumption, explain discrepancies or bold faced). For example, the objection implied above is based on doubts about the truth of which of the following statements? I know that Ron touched on this topic in one of his Thur. video, but for some reason the recording was cut short. Could someone please explain the approach to weird prompt like this and other bizarre ones?

You really just need to use your language skills to interpret what they're asking. Most of the time it has something to do with identifying something that's missing or wrong with an argument..
