While Steve isn't a good enough

Dear Instructors,

Hi.

FoV, 6th Edition, Page 30, Drill 2.2, Sentence 4.

Q. Circle all of the pronouns in the following sentences. Include possessive adjectives.

4. While Steve isn't a good enough athlete to play professionally, he is certainly better than most people.

The answer sheet at the back circles "he" and "most". I understand that "he" is a subject pronoun and refers back to Steve.

But why is "most" circled?

It is my opinion that while "most" is an indefinite pronoun, here it acts as an adjective modifying "people". But that doesn't make "most" a pronoun or a possessive adjective.

Please correct me where I'm wrong.

It looks like your copy is wrong. I've just checked my copy and 'most' isn't circled. Here, it's not a pronoun, but a determiner. Which picture is on the cover of your book please?
