Work Experience

Hi-

I have worked just short of three years at my company, but previously have held full time internships every year since my senior year of high school. In addition, I studied aborad and held a full time internship in London.

Can this time be counted when I calculate my full time work experience?

Hello Gary,

Thank you for your inquiry. I do not think that the schools will consider internships full time work experience. There is usually an opportunity to include part time employment, like internships, in your application form, so you will be able to showcase that work experience. But I think that it might be considered misleading to include internships as full time work experience.
