The conditional is, If the pizza has T, then it cannot have either P or O.

I wrote as T--> -P AND -O.

Split apart:
T--> -P (therefore, P --> -T)

T--> -O (therefore, O--> -T)

I chose the second answer on the right, which was If O, then not T. Apparently, this is the wrong answer.

What am I doing wrong?

Sorry for the late reply. I had to request an image of that game slide from our tech support team, and then I actually WROTE this post already but it somehow didn't show up after I hit submit.

You are correct in your thinking. Accordingly to the slide I got, the correct answer is
O --> ~T

If it's saying that is the wrong answer, please email techsupport@manhattanprep.com (ideally with a screencapture of it saying the correct answer is the other one).

It would be a glitch in the backend web inputting, not in your logic. :)
