Hi, there!

I'm just wondering if I can get a bit of clarification on how question 7 works. If I go in and make hypothetical diagrams for each answer choice I can arrive at B as the correct answer okay, however, I'm wondering if there's a more efficient way to go about this game? That feels like a time-consuming approach for a question that posses a hypothetical situation.
