How can I improve my english

I am a French student and I have quite demanding studies in terms of work. These studies take the form of a competition where one must be almost bilingual in English to have just correct grades. I don’t have the financial means to pay for a private tutor or even to take a language trip during the summer. Do you know ways to quickly improve in English (both written and oral) while staying in France?
