How did you get better at logical reasoning

As someone scoring high 150s what did you do to get better at logical reasoning. It’s my biggest set back. What did you do? Like do I need to quit social media and just read dense literature? Is there a curriculum I can try? I hate the loophole so far but I’m trying to get through it?
