Yes, that is him. It was a pilot episode - didn't go anywhere, though he did end up with a 173. Really impressive.

I knew it! I'm not that surprised. He often seems to feel like he's above being a paper salesman and would like to do something different. It makes sense that he would take a Manhattan course
