Note: I used the frames explained in the diagram post for all the questions in this game, so will start there.

The answer to determines positions questions is always going to be a restricted element/placement, because the answer has to force every other element into only one spot. Based on previous work, (A), (B), (C), and (D) all appear to leave wiggle room for other elements. Plus, based on Q9, we know S is actually a pretty limiting element, because it can force the chunks into specific spots.

So (E) is a good place to start and looks like this:
