Hi, teachers
So for this question, I don't get how (A) is better than (B).
I could not really infer either (A) or (B) from the passage, but, upon review, I thought (B) could be better supported than (A).
In the passage, Bearden believes artists must pay their craft the respect of approaching it through an acute awareness of the resources and limitations of the form to which they have dedicated their creative energies. So, I thought it could be inferred that what led Bearden to use painting as his primary means is because he was aware of the resources and limitations of painting and it was the best mean to achieve his goal.
Would this be an incorrect interpretation? Whereas (A) I still cannot find the support. Would the most significant contributions be his innovative technique and exploration of the varieties of African American experience?
Thank you!
